- All of our coaching staff are qualified football coaches, holding at least level 1 FA coaching certificates, with many holding higher levels of coaching badges.
- All staff are CRB checked.
- All will hold valid FA child protection certificates*
- All will hold the FA emergency aid certificates.
- A mix of male and female coaching staff available.
*P.A.S.S operates its own child protection policy that all coaching staff will be trained and have awareness of. Copies of the policy available on request.
We are registered with Social Services as an activity provider, accepting the activity vouchers.
P.A.S.S ltd… Our History & Philosophy…
We offer a professional football coaching philosophy that has an emphasis on participation and fun for all. At all P.A.S.S soccer courses and clubs we offer a structured learning environment on all things football for all levels and abilities. We also run an academy that will be free to those players selected to join. Players demonstrating a high standard of football skills and ability will be selected to join the P.A.S.S academy and through our academy there will be the potential to feed into the professional game through our contacts with local professional clubs, their scouts and their schools of excellence.
At P.A.S.S we are aiming to offer more than football coaching, for example teaching children to develop as sports people, athletes and raising their awareness of football through improved fitness, football food and awareness of the common injuries that footballers face.
