Football / soccer schools, courses & clubs content
At P.A.S.S all of our coaching follows a structured format aimed at teaching those attending every aspect of football. From teaching the correct techniques, and skills to football fitness, football food and management and treatment of injuries.
We aim to provide a safe and friendly environment for those attending to cater for ages and levels of ability to ensure everyone participates fully. Children will be put into groups according to their age and ability.
The skills and techniques taught at P.A.S.S will consist of the following examples…
- Passing
- Ball Control
- Dribbling / Running with the ball
- Turning
- Shooting
- Goalkeeping
- Heading
- Football Fitness and general fitness programmes for youngsters
- Football food and general dietary programmes for healthy living and for footballers.
Mixed in with all of the above will be the following fun football related activities available for all
- Matches and small sided games…
- World Cup & Penalty competitions…
- Champions league competitions…
- The P.A.S.S transfer market where each group and captain will have a pot of money to buy players from other groups in the P.A.S.S transfer market…
- Freestyle / Ball juggling and tricks competitions… Learn new skills from our own Ronaldinho coach!!!
- Football cricket / Football rounders and Headers & Volleys competitions
Our after school clubs are starting after the October half term - from Monday 30th onwards in Shoreham, Lancing & Worthing... Enquire with us as soon as possible for more details... and to book a place... Clubs are from 15.30 to 17.00 P.M
