| The PASS Academy is now established and fully operational… We have to date had 4 players signed contractual terms with professional clubs and premiership football clubs… The academy operates Every MONDAY evening now - term time only - from 17.30 through to 20.30 (Times of attendance are dependant upon age of players)... The PASS academy is only open to 'Invited' players only.... Players have started to train with the P.A.S.S Academy and are working towards improvement of their technical development, their skills development and their future training needs…

Players attending any of our holiday courses and after school clubs who reach a suitable high standard of playing ability... There is the chance to be invited to join our academy. This is where we operate intensive football coaching session(s) on a once weekly basis at our own school of excellence. The PASS Academy operates one evening a week during school term time and through our links with the professional game we offer invited players the opportunity to show case their individual talent to the professionals.
We offer professional training by Uefa qualified coaches to players in 2 year age bands. Invited players will be coached and the aim is to set up matches and games versus various other representative teams and professional academy teams of the same age to allow players to play at a high standard and potentially be seen or spotted by professional scouts, coaches and youth academy coaches. With a view to feeding the most talented players into the professional game through their schools of excellence. Alternatively, players not meeting this high standard will be monitored, trained and supported to be fed into the semi professional game through our links with non-league football… The next stage from this is the county league structure and we also act a s feeder into this level of league system…
None of the PASS Academy commitments will effect a player's club side commitment...
The PASS Academy will also aim to teach players more about football fitness, football food and nutrition and will be able to answer specific dietary needs to enhance an individual's long Term player development..." The PASS academy also has formal links with sports therapists, scientists and football education…
The PASS academy caters for (a) 6 - 8 year olds / 9 - 11 year olds / 12's and over as well as separate sessions for keepers…
